well after this long wait, we got something in the mail asking us for a letter to switch countries. We already did write a letter, so were pretty confused as to what to do next. We will have to wait for monday and talk to CHI. Hoping we are approved, and they made a mistake. Pretty strange as of today we just got our dossier back from China. 6 months ago we switched countries. Hopefully next week will be happier news.
